A dog tracking collars is made of two parts: a collar which sends a radio signal, and a tracker which receives the signal and show the location of the dog.
I want to make a circuit doing similar thing but don’t know how it works.

Hello, I am posting a question in reguards to Dog Tracking Collars, I Bear hunt, and the people i hunt with have thease collars and Tracking Systems, Now i have been looking for these systems, and i found the Tracker Classic, witch looked close to what they use in the field, So i was wondering if anyone could tell me where i may get one of these? I Have looked Ebay but i do not have a paypal. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
