Is there a gps locator for cats?

I need to know if there is a gps system locator for cats like the zoombak for dogs. My cat already has the chip but thats not a gps locator. I need something that she can wear and be located at all times.

Which GPS Dog tracker / Pet Locator is recommended?

I wish to adopt a deaf dog, but my fear is that she may get lost, so I would like to get her a locator that can be worn on her collar. I found one called Zoombak, but the reviews are not great. Can anyone recommend a better one? (I need one that would give me quick and constant alerts as to her position in case she got out of the house.) Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the suggestion Erica. The thing is, I already have a fence. My concern is that the dog could escape if someone accidentally left the gate open, which does happen.

Do you own the GPS dog tracking device, Zoombak?

I have heard of a new device called Zoombak that is supposed to be a GPS tracking device if your dog gets lost. I was wondering if anyone has it, and what is your experience with it? I have 3 dogs. Two are pretty good and won’t run, but my Siberian Husky LOVES to run and I worry about her getting out someday. I would love to get something for her to make her safe!
I have trained my dogs too, but its better to be safe, then sorry.
